Matthew Skuta sends appointment confirmations, reminders, and occasional promotional SMS messages to customers who have explicitly opted in through our website or other verifiable methods. Consent is obtained using in-person forms, web forms, or other verifiable methods. Messages are sent only to customers who have provided express or implied consent.
You can cancel the SMS messages at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the same number that sent you messages. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Matthew Skuta. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to or received from you. Message frequency varies based on your service usage and appointment schedule. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
Our SMS program is compatible with all major Canadian wireless carriers.
You must be 13 years or older to participate in our SMS program.

By subscribing to the Services, you authorize Matthew Skuta to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in writing.
We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice. Continued use of the Services after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new rate.
You may cancel the Services at any time with written notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services for non-payment or misuse.
By providing your payment information, you authorize Matthew Skuta to charge your payment method for the current and future payments in accordance with these Terms of Service.
All fees listed are in Canadian dollars. No taxes are included at this time; applicable GST/HST may be added in the future in accordance with Canadian tax law.
